This Raspberry Açai Bowl is a refreshing & delicious breakfast, simple to make during the morning rush and endlessly changing when you add your favourite toppings! This easy breakfast is ready in a few minutes.

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ (small) frozen courgette
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp organic acai berry powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla plant protein
  • ¼ cup plant milk
Method
  1. Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with granola, seeds, fresh fruit (raspberry or banana) and organic peanut butter.
  3. Serve in your Tovi Coconut Bowl.
