...but if you don’t you can return your order within 14 days for a refund.
Our products are made by nature, influenced by the season and crafted by hand, so no single piece is entirely the same. We do offer various sizes small, standard or large across many products in our range but please remember they are not made in factory by a machine. These are natural, artisanal products and variations will apply.
If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days, providing photos of the product you are dissatisfied with along with your reasons. We will gladly work with you to address your concerns and if needed provide you with return instructions for a refund, or a replacement if this is your desire.

If one of your products ever gets damaged, we’ll offer you a replacement for free – as long as you have been looking after it! No dishwashers, microwaves or other obvious signs of misuse.
If you placed your order more than 30 days ago, we’ll simply pass on the shipping and handling fees to you. You’ll pay absolutely nothing for the product replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you, normally by email, to confirm. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unless otherwise specified, there are no Returns or Refunds due on Sale items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items or products damaged in transit.
Shipping, handling fees and taxes are non-refundable.
- Email email@example.com, with the reason for the return, photos of the products you want to return and your order number.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and return delivery address. Do not return your parcel without our approval.
- You will then need to package and return your parcel to the address provided, and provide our support team with the tracking number.
- Your order will be refunded once your return is received at our warehouse, and tracking updated to Delivered.
*Item/s must be returned with its original packaging otherwise, a refund will not be issued. If returned in unsatisfactory packaging, we may provide a store credit.
